The busy/no answer setting is supposed to make the FWD/DND LED flash. However, with a TVA50 connected you do not need to use the Busy/No Answer setting on the TA824 unless of course you want to forward to another extension. The TVA50 monitors the extensions via it's ports with APT for the num

I should probable know this . I pulled a couple of old KX-TD1232's off the shelf to check them out (Version P211D00712A). I hooked up a couple analog ports to be co lines. When I dialed one of the extensions both would ring no matter which co's I used. I could get on one line & dial the

Doing this combination for the first time.when I set the call forwarding for "busy/no answer" both the FWD/DND button and the DSS button for that station flash continuously. Two questions: why does the DSS button even do anything???what's the purpose? and is there an option to change from
