It's an amplified speaker..made by WE, Precision, & ITT..probably others. Basically, T&R in are on the red/green pair, 18VAC goes in on the yellow/black. As far as I know, the WE ones only used discrete components so we must be talking about an ITT perhaps? Handy little things.
