Public bug reported:
The version of DigiKam in Software is 4:4.12.0. This version is more
than two years old. The current version is 5.7 and has a lot of
improvements. I tried to install the newer version with different ppa's,
but had lots of trouble due to broken packages and other conflicts.
Som
lved this problem.
I am using Jaunty 64bit (stable version) plus the fix of kile.
So, I think there is still a bug hidden somewhere. Anyhow, thanks for
Kile (and the work dedicated to it).
Regards,
Matthias

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdm
The kdm postrm script, if used to purge a configuration, calls "rm
/etc/init/kdm.conf". This fails if the file is already missing,
effectively preventing a "purge". Please change the command to "rm -f
/etc/init/kdm.conf".

I assume the docs are discarded anyway for the binary-arch builds, so
maybe don't build these in the first place.

And which bug would this be? I can't reproduce this and both Apper and Muon
show me the dialogs - both use the debconf-kde library...
As far as I can see Muon embeds the lib correctly and debconf communication has
been proven to work...
@reporter: Do you maybe have some details to help us solving
