Public bug reported:
While Trying to add a Nextcloud account, I noticed that the "Online
Accounts" section is not visible in system settings. Pre-existing
Nextcloud accounts work, they can be accessed via Dolphin and
KOrganizer.

I wanna include webdav mounts (i.e. Nextcloud mounts added via Dolphin).
Not sure where in /run it's at.
