I suggest to make this bug critical. After installing Kubuntu 24.04.1
(coming from 22.04 LTS) I can't open my protected .7z files. There is no
workaround, so I consider this bug critical.

No action is needed for plucky, as its version of filelight has been
ported to Qt6 and its control file already includes all required
dependencies.
