Where is the project located? Many times, you may find a KR builder or
pilot/owner near you that can mentor you through the build process. I agree
with Griff... come on out to Mt Vernon next weekend and meet, touch and maybe
get to ride in a KR...

Glad you finally have formed some questions.
Assuming you have all the systems and composite knowledge you need to make a
decision, I would recommend looking at the wood joints of the fuselage (boat).
The plywood should be aircraft or marine grade, not hobby plywood or veneer.
