43k is the airport identifier. America is weird where (most) of our
airports start with K i.e. KMDH my home airport, but we also have other
state level private strips IL71 for an Illinois strip for example... then
we have random ones like K15, 3CK etc. Talk about a mess!

BTW, for those that haven't been to Terry's annual BBQ at 43K, it's a really nice small town fly-in. Lots of the SuperCub and KR guys show up. For those that want to camp, we have a fun evening with a bit of after dinner flying, then some root beers and lies, then retire to the our tents for
