Go take a look at homebuiltairplanes.com. There are a fair number of Subaru
owners there. It’s plenty popular.

You should sell the engine to a vintage Subaru collector. I have a friend who
has been trying to piece an EA81 together and he says the parts are very
difficult to find. Strike one! Next to develop full power, the Subaru has to
turn too fast requiring a reduction. I have a friend who rebuilt
