Hi, all; I have a 2" steel extension on my 1834cc Hapi. I feel I should have one made of 2024 aluminum after reading about recent crank failures. Did these incidents involve extensions, and if so, what material was used to make them? Any thoughts in regard to this will be appreciated. Just trying
