Dear members,
at this long period of silence I read around about KR pitch problems, mainly at
Mark Langford web site.
I prepared the table and I thought to start building the fuselage, I got 5/8" x
5/8" x 13.12' (4meter).
The question is should I prefer to use all the length of it or to follow t
Can anyone tell me what the best sloshing compound to use with the Poly gas

I don't know what is best to use, but I have a new quart of Randolph 912 sealer
I want to sell. I was going to use it in my fiberglass tank but I changed my
mind.

I am assuming a KR2, not a 2S. If you extend the tail, without making other
adjustments, you will exacerbate the tendency for aft CG. You will lengthen
the coupling, decrease the short coupling, but you wil
within a more
acceptable range. Your results may vary.

You did not say which engine you plan to use or if you are building a KR2
or a KR2s. I'll give you my OPINION anyway.
First, if you h
RE: Bottom line, build the KR2s and stick to the plans. You will find that
you will build it faster that way and should end up with a very nice
flying airplane.
This is a "ME TOO". After all That blabber I said on the subject,
I lightened my fuselage as per Langford. It caused my problems because the 4
foot panels no longer reached the stations and had to be scar fed. Also each
gusset had to be hand crafted be cause the angles were not standard. If I was
to do it again I would redraw the fuselage and add another s
I have the plans for the KR2S.
I understood that it is better to follow the plans, so I will do so.
Many thanks to all of you.
