Do you mean Bondo Spot Putty? Bondo, the one for making repairs comes in a
two part, doesn't it? Or is this something else?
Do you prime over the Bondo, or just paint?

That's funny, I took a picture this morning just to show you guys, at
http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/04022110m.jpg , which shows the tube of
stuff and the "measles" Bob described. It fills 'em up, and sands very
easily. Our body shop teacher said something like "don't bring none of that

Bondo is a combination of resin and talcum powder, it is highly absorbent and
should be primed over with a sandable primer. Next you go over it with a spot
putty and sand it down with very fine 220 paper. Then reprime for paint!
