Tighten the WAF bolts to their rated torque and the outer spars will not wiggle. It is the clamping pressure at the WAF joint that does the functional holding. Shear on the bolts is a backup. And yes, we have had this discussion somewhere in the archives before. Lost somewhere in the discus
