I don't really want to get into this discussion, because it will lead me to do 10 hours of backup research, rather than 10 hours of KR work, but I've always thought that a unless it was deeply finned (inside and out) a larger oil pan didn't do a lot for you other than give you a slightly larger oil

I have a Facet pump on my Camaro due to changing engines to a late model 3.4 which had no provision for a mechanical pump, so it necessitated use of an electric. The fuel lines were very difficult to get to in the back near the tank which is where the Facet directions said to put it. I installe

Colin & 'Netters, I had the exact same problem with my 72 Dodge Challenger. I mounted a Carter electric fuel pump on the right fender well. I then decided that not being able to use full throttle was a bad thing and remounted the pump near the gas tank...problem solved. Electric fuel pumps pus
