Can anyone tell me if polyester resin is safe to use on polyurethane foam,
as far as I know it should be ok, and how well does polyester resin stick to
wood spars, it seems polyester is very very cheap, about $12 dollars per
gallon. I have been told there is a epoxy made by the araldite peop
with it, don't fly it.

Hi Chris,
My understanding is that polyester resin is no where near as strong as
epoxy, it's perfect for building boats, where they make it about an
inch thick, but unsuitable for high stress applications.
