OK Guys, I Am Done. A few small bugs, a couple of slight runs but from 5

Hey Guys, I have been working my tail off to paint this plane. Considering it's
the first time that I ever picked up a paint gun, I'm pretty pleased. ( A
funny, Never knew paint guns have 2 stage triggers.) Turns out that painting is
the easy part, All the prep and taping is the bitch.

Mike I painted my PItts with three colors and sun burst and fifty stars.
That paint job took 100 hours of just taping. But that was 20 years ago. It
was very rewarding as I am sure yours is also.

Did you make a mistake when painting that you had to remove epoxy primer? Not
sure why you would use epoxy primer. Normally epoxy paint is used for finale
coat.

most all of the 2 part epoxy primer. Six days of hellish 12 hour days but the
sanding is over with. Gonna try my hand at painting tomorrow. I'll let you know
how it comes out. Let me say that I will never build anoth

I got the bottom of my fuse painted yesterday, and hope to have the fuse
painted today.
But first a few laps in the 152 to get my blood racing again.
