Hi, Netters, I found a lot of info about painting; however, nothing about how much paint is needed for the KR 2S. Can anybody give me a "guesstimate" how many gallons I might need? Thanks! Henry Koennecke bi...@sbcglobal.net

I bought 2 gallons, 1 black and 1 white and I still have some of both. Mine is a KR2, but with the long Diehl wings. That should give you some idea. However, you may then want to buy clear coat, and of course you will go through at least 2 or 3 gallons of filler/primer. See N64KR at http://KRB

Oh yea, thanks Brian. I should have mentioned that I use an el-cheap-O HVLP from Harbor Freight, $79. It isn't that it is cheap, but that it is an HVLP You will use a lot less paint with one of those than with the pressure gun But, I am a lousy painter. See N64KR at http://KRBuilder.org - Th
