Mark, I had a similair experience several years ago flying back from the EAA
flyin at Dinwiddy County Airport near Petersburg, Va. I landed at Bay
Bridge,

If you use a "flat fixer" type of goo, put a wide rubber belt between a
variable speed motor and a pully of some sort and rest the wheel on the belt
and run the motor for about five minutes, turning the wheel at a fairly good
speed. This will distribute the goo in the wheel and it shoul
