I stretched and widened my fuselage to 15' long and 44" across at the
shoulders lil extra room for a couple of adults. But when I widened it I also
made my center spar longer so I didn't lose any wing area. I pointed that out
when I had my first FAA inspection, he said he'd do the same thing.

Right at 8 feet, give or take a few inches, depending whether or not
the wing attach fittings are installed or not.
