Happy New Year Netters, I have a question on using ³molding release Wax and ²PVA release film² on unpainted fiber glass.I¹m fitting my unpainted canopy frame to the forward deck. I don¹t want to paint the underside of the canopy frame until I get the the canopy glassed in. If I do use the

Silicones have to be the worst, seems that you can wash whatever the part may be till the cows come home and there will still be a small amount left behind to screw up an otherwise perfect job. Doug Rupert Personally, I'd try to stay away from wax and silicones until after the plane is completely
