This is another flying experience I would like to share. After work today, I
went to the airport to fly from Hartford (HXF) to Waukesha (UES) which is 25
miles south of Hartford. I was going there to look at a hanger where I will
be keeping my KR. It is only ten minutes from my home instead of the

At my home airport KPTK we have a very large combination of Student pilots,
Jet traffic and Controllers in training. You can bet that the whole
conversation was on tape and that she was just making an excuse for the
mistake. You were correct not to descend into his takeoff wake.
