OK, I am now in the 21st century no more dialup except for cell phone modem
when on the road. Which will be used while flying (but only for ground
updates) for updating my laptop out fitted with the Mark Jones GPS moving
map system. I now have Starband satellite internet getting about 1gig down
Use your laptop in the air. I use mine all the time if
I have reception and have never had a problem with my
radios and transponder.
