There was at one time an EAA chapter that was very active in Orange County
to which the late Ken Rand belonged and was most active in.. I would also
suggest a visit to the RR office as they can probably give you local
contacts. You should be able to get to their office in less than 45
min

That I do not know but the addresses I have are still the same but since
it has been a while you may be right. Should be easy enough for him to
verify with a local phone call.
