I found an Ellison EFS-2 for my 1835 VW engine and I would like to try it
with their standard carb heat box.

Ellison never made a carb heat box to my knowledge. We have a air plenum but
there is no provision for carburetor heat as the throttlebody is mounted to the
plenum and then the plenum is mounted to the sump or intake.
