I happened to stumble on the website of a Kansas air museum which had pictures
of two KR-1s.

At least one of them I recognized right away as Sam Bailey's. I know he had at
least two of them, but unsure whether the other one p
KR's just don't get no respect.
The museum listed the Busby Mustang at 175mph as the fastest homebuilt in the
museum, and Sam's KR1 at 185 mph. Just makes me want to finish mine and go show
it off. (few more years).
