My understanding is the T-88 is a 50/50 mix and was verified by the tech support at T-88. The people at SystemThree even pulled some samples that matched my batch numbers and tested. They said they were fine. I think the issue ended up to be me! I am expecting more from T-88 than it will do. I

Thanks for all the replies. I realize the end grain joints are not strong and gussets are required, but regardless of gussets and strength, I should be pulling out some wood fibers with the break. Correct? No Micro balloons being mixed here. Just Strait T88 in a 50/50 mix by volume. The guy on
