FAIR WARNING
last week I bid on an engine and lost. I then recieved a "second chance"
email that let me have the engine at my bid price. The seller offered to
pay shipping and insurance. It came on a very official looking Ebay email. It
asked me to pay through Western Union
It's a good practice to avoid paying through money transfers, unless you
feel pretty guaranteed.
