"BanBi" made intesive test with his bubble to frame connection and resumed
,that no screws or rivets are necessary to connect his bubble (polycarbonat)
to his alu-tube frame. He simply takes the elasticbonder which is
uing!

I spoke to a friend that was in the Canopy business. He has made and fitted
canopies from light planes to Spitfires.
He said he as done loads of testing over the years, and Polyester ( low or
no wax content) resin is the strongest bond. The canopy will break before
the joint lets go.

Do sand the surface edges well with very coarse sand paper, both sides. At
