No, It is a nose-pusher without the leg. The way I have it strapped down by
the tail it has a pronounced nose down attitude.
Also the spinner in the photos is just a prototype and is just a press fit
over the prop flange so it does sag a little.
It will all be right in the end (I hope)

Well, so far I have the boat done, tail section done, all
wing spars done and airfoil templates all cut out and firewall cut out. Having
the spars inspected at the end of the month and since it was 115 degrees in my
garage today I will be putting everything else on h
