In many picture of KR construction I see the material "Super-Fil"
What is super-fil?
When I use with super-fil?
Where I can get this material?

It is a light weight filler. It is what you use to get the final smooth
finish that you are looking for. It is that stuff they use when they say
filling and sanding, filling and sanding, fill...". There are many
kinds of light weight fillers to choose from. Check out this page at Wicks.

Super Fil is a light weight filler, unlike Bondo that would be used on cars
etc. I found it to be excellent to work with and very sandable.
