I think you just put the file on your site and put a link somewhere on one
of your pages. Be sure to keep the original file name extension so the
browser will know how to open it.
That is the first real positive account that I have read of a KR in heavy
cross wind. Must the the tri-gear.

There are a number of ways, but you could just transfer the video clip to
your web site (put it in the same folder as your HTML file) and reference
it in a hyperlink. Something like:
some link text
That should do it.
