This showed up on eBay this morning. Very well equipped panel with a
Revmaster 2100. Seller says it needs to be "re-certified" and that he
can't afford a hangar in a part of the country where hangars are about
the cheapest anywhere. Those things don't make sense, however this looks
like a great

If I knew that's what 80 % done looked like it wouldn't have taken
me 13 years to build mine. :-)

Some things do not look quite right here like the height of the canopy between
the longeron and the canopy, the height
of the firewall and the wings look more like a "Hershey Bar" but that could be
just the photo angle. Still could be a
good value in the bid does not go to high.

It's been there over a week. Wonder if anyone has told him that prop setup

Netters,
I just received a email from the owner of N902G. Family issues may be
forcing him to put 902G back on the block for sale. I still have the KR
and keep her fit and exercised. If interested, let me know off line as
I might be facilitating the sale to the new owner...
Regards,
Steve Glove
Dan.

Spoke with Chuck Stone, owner of this KR2. He purchased it from another
owner, not the builder (Vernon Reese). He has flown it about 50 hours. As I
suspected, he had a fire which burned the cowling. It developed from spilled
fuel in the carburetor area on takeoff. [Chuck said the problem was his

I was wondering the same thing. I thought it was a bit pricey for that
small an engine. It does look like it has dual sticks and that is a
plus if they are installed properly.

According to the homebuilders I've been hanging out with, the availability
has gone down and the demand has gone up, with the natural consequences.
This explains why I'm going to be using douglas fir in place of spruce for

There are quite a few lumber yards around me that can get special stuff if

The $8k to $9k was the posted price from RR. Wicks?AC. Spruce may be
different. Still list price of per spec. Mat'l for a KR2 can easily move to
$20k when fisished. Great Plains
