Glenn, Sand that area down without removing more than 1 layer of the glass that is on there from the D section. Clean it well and Epoxy away. I assume that you will put in your foam after sanding the spar cap areas. See N64KR at http://KRBuilder.org - Then click on the pics  See you at the 2012
