material. You are correct, EPS is very difficult to sand to shape due to it's

in KR construction. I found several entries on extruded polystyrene foam colored

The conventional wisdom is polystyrene foam is unsuitable.
Whilst polystyrene easily hot wires, shaping the stuff is difficult, from
my experience it tends to pill
