The Ellison has no accelerator pump, so no amount of pumping the throttle
will start it. Fuel doesn't come out of that spray bar unless there's a
vacuum being pulled, and there's not enough vacuu

I have over 2,000 hours (non of them commercial or military) and I am still
practicing landings. That is the one required maneuver on every
flight..
