Crush plates can be bought at AS&S however I bought mine on eBay for $6.00.

All the info on the GPASC and the KRnet is correct. It must be the way it is
listed on the GPASC site, that causes it to get returned. I just called him
and verified his address. However, he must not check his e-mail very often.
