capabilities are often a lot more fun than just boring a hole through the sky
for hours. Additionally, 2-cycle engines have become pretty reliable.

I LIKE IT! Hey that gives me an idea... By the way, were you teaching at
Keesler in '84? We may have crossed paths. Drop me a line. I may know some
of your old pals...

I scribbled some quick drawings on the canopy and turtledeck to
illustrate my canopy latch idea using auto trunk latches. It is
published on my website if anyone is interested. N1333A.Webs.Com Best if

can open from the inside or outside, is solid and can be locked. Simple

Sorry..should have given you a little more info.
Bought a 95% project (yea) that has a side opening canopy with the hooks
installed and glassed in the canopy but no latch's. I bought the latch's
from RR and when installed the cam over hits the wood and makes it hard to
latch as in it takes both
is a time for building and a time for FLYING and the time for Flying
has begun.

caused me to start thinking about the safety of our latch. I became
concerned that it could vibrate open while in flight. I know Murphy all too
well.
This is what I came up with, and the best part is that it works. Anothe
