Definitely buy it ASAP. I just did that. Bought an O-200 that only has
1,086 hours on the engine, but has not flown in a decade. getting it ready

I have a friend here that is selling his non-airworthy Cessna 150 complete with
an O-200 with roughly 700 hrs SMOH. The aircraft has not been wrecked and as
far as I know is complete minus the prop. (it did NOT have a prop strike)
