Could somebody tell me what wrench sizes are used on AN3, AN4, AN5, AN6
and AN7 bolts respectively? For some reason, that info is nowhere to be
found on the Internet.

AN3 is 3/8", AN4 = 7/16", AN5 = 1/2", AN6 = 9/16", and AN7 = 5/8".

A few errors thereAN4 is 1/4, not 7/16.
I'm sure it was an oversight.
Here's what Wick catalog says for the bolts in question:
AN3 is 3/16, AN4 is 1/4, AN5 is 5/16, AN6 is 3/8, AN7 is 7/16, and AN8
is 1/2.
That's out of the catalog.

Those are the bolt diameters... I believe the original poster asked for the
wrench sizes, in which case, the previous post by Allen was correct:
AN3 is 3/8", AN4 = 7/16", AN5 = 1/2", AN6 = 9/16", and AN7 = 5/8"
