I guess my basic question should have been, should I stay away from paint
strippers, and just sand the old surface and prepare it for painting that way.

David, I have a very nice 1986 mod. KR2 that's ready to fly. I'm going to have
to sell because I've developed arthritis so bad I can't hardly get in and out
of it. I'ts a two place tail dragger. I've done to much to list getting it in

Dan, I just bought an older kr2, that I'm trying to get flying. I'm brand new

I have an older KR2 with retractable gear and mechanical brakes, I just bought
a pair of wheels and hydraulic brakes from Matco. My intention is to convert to
hydraulic, has anybody out there done this? I could use all the help I can get.
