We have a KR2S that is stretched an additional 4 in in the center. Has any
one used on of the GPU engines and if so what were the results? Does this
sound reasonable? Does anyone know the weight of these units and what's
required to convert them to aircraft use?
Thanks,
Russ Houck.

Hey Gang,
We are completeing a KR2-S with the Diehl wing skins. The wings are bonded
together but not finished.
Here are the questions.
1. What kind of performance improvements would we get buy building the new
wings?
2. What kind of modifications would we have to make to our stub ends?
3. Is anyon
Do the NASA scopes work around the cowling to move cooling air as well as on
the bottom like Mark Langford's? Do these reduce air speed? Is there a
specific size that is better than another?

Hey Gang, does anyone have a flying or near flying bird that they would want
to trade for an F40 Ferrari kit car that's nearly finished?
Please reply to my home address and not the group.
Thanks, Russ Houck

Hey guys I'm new here. Does anyone have specs and performance figures for
the KR2S with the Corvair engine? Does anyone have one for sale? How hard is
it to modify and existing KR for a corvair?
Thanks, Russ.

I'm new and I'm 6-2 and 250lbs. There is a KR2 I'm looking at to put a
corvair motor on, could I stretch the completed KR2 (Unpainted) or is that
more work than it's worth? I the KR2 big enough for me? I hope I'm not
asking dumb questions.
Thanks, Russ Houck.

It sure is good to have you guys to talk to. What about putting in wing
tanks like make did on his, after it is built?
Thanks, Russ Houck.

Hey gang, I'm looking at a KR2 with retractable gear and the guy was telling
me how much it would cost to put fixed gear on it. Is that something I
should consider? Is the retractable gear bad on the KR2's?
Thanks, Russ Houck.
Are there modifications that can be done to the gear to fix the problem?
Thanks, Russ.
