I am currently working on my controls. I have the dual sitick about
finished; just need to weld on the elevator control arm and limit
travels. The rudder pedals are ready to be installed. I have the stab
foam all shaped and waiting for warmer weather to do some glassing. I

Hey Pete!
I had a mini-max with push-pull cables. It seemed to work fine. I
know of several elevator cable failures and one aileron failure. JDT
Minimax has converted the push-pull cable system to cable and torque
tube.

Hi all
I am trying to fabricate my elevator and rudder control horns but
can't figure out how long to make them!
My manual doesn't give the size or distance from center out to the hole.
Can any one help with my dilemma?

A few years ago some ware around 99 or 2000 maybe sooner a post came
around talking about spar strength.
someone on the board had a set of wing that where unusable. this
person talked about giving the wing to a university for strength
analyzing. testing to the point of braking !

I have heard of the skin being so air tight that when the air
contracted it sucked the skin in and when it expanded it blew up like
a balloon. do you have small weep holes that let it breathe?

this weekend I went to the folks house for thanks giving. wile out it
snowed a bit and i found out the hard way i have a leak in my roof,,
now my sub spar is a bit wet. I know t88 is boil tested so as long as
they don't warp I should be safe wright???
