KRnet> Winglets

How about a new subject, or perhaps an old one revisited. I have always felt 81JM is span limited (though she sure fits into a crowded hanger nicely). Has anyone put winglets on a KR? Did it improve efficiency or low speed performance? Do they have to be "just right" or will flat plates help? How
