Bob beings your KR-2 is in the boat stage up on gear I think your out of luck to get the dimensions needed for the S model unless you do some major splicing of the air frame. Corvair engine is rather desirable for the KR-2. Personally I would start with a KR-2S boat and go tri gear and see if you

Hello KRNet - I started a KR-2 Kit SN 8149 back in 1989 and stopped as boat on gear with wings in 1997 to raise a family. Now kids are in college and I am retired, thinking of finishing this plane or getting project out of my garage. If go to finish - would convert to a KR-2S, change to tricyc
