Hey Pete, When i was finishing up I actually bought a cable tension tool. There is just a bit to much give in systems at least with pullys and aluminum brackets to use the tension gage. I ended up just making it as tight as I could with out causing any undo distortion on any bracket or pulley

The nearest printer for me is over 2 hours away. I imported the coordinates into a program called Compu-foil 3D and printed them myself. The neatest thing is it's a very inexpensive program and very intuitive. I printed templates for the horizontal and vertical stabilisers as well. http://www.comp
