I used the Hirsch coating on my KR 1 (fiberglass tanks) about 6 weeks ago.
Sloshed easily, used about 1/2 quart total in three tanks, and yes,
rotating the outer wings was a joy. I replaced all the fittings with
plugs, but couldn't find anything that would stay in the vent tubes, as the

The reference was for slosh compound from KBS Coatings. Based on that recommendation, I am using it in the glass tanks in my SuperCub Clone. We'll see how it does. My KR has the Bill Hirsch compound in it. Still good after 22 years and 1200+ hours with no flaking or peeling.

Sadly the project Im working on has fiberglass wing tanks and I’d like to get
her done and flying. Cutting out and replacing the wing tanks would be a
massive time sink.
