I, too, can’t see why you couldn’t fly, unless the knee is fused. I have had a
partial and wish I had a plane to fly. Kneeling is my only problem.

I'm kind of wondering the same. Not that it's my business, but I've got frequent flyer miles with the knee surgeons and currently have 1-1/2 artificial knees. Doesn't keep me out of either plane, nor has any of the numerous knee surgeries I've had over the years.
