Bob, I had the same problem, easy fix, I used a wood chisel, cracked the glue
all around the rids and spars on both sides, snapped them out, then sanded the
skins and glassed a strip of cloth to the sanded area and started all over

I have some Diehl skins that someone started but I need to remove the spars and
ribs so I can start over. They were not done correctly and I wondering what the
best way to get the vinylester to release and to clean it all out.
