Again I had the same problem. But mine was caused when I cleaned the front after spilling a bit of oil on the front leg it ran down into the pivot and cursed less friction. I had to remove clean it all and I too have the pivot but very firm. PHIL matheson. Sent from my iPhone > On 11 Aug 2017
