KR> control cable

In the archives it mentions 3/32 cable for the Kr. I am wondering if 3/32 7x7 galvanized is okay as that is what seems to be readily available here. I can find 3?32 7x19 but have to order it in. What are the current thoughts on the cable to use? Thanks Bob R __

KR> On the push rod tubes should not need silicone check and clean mating surfaces, as mentioned check tubing seems (seams go up) stretch the tubes out and seals should be fairly soft not old cracked
