Having a CNC router, a Bridgeport milling machine converted to CNC, and

How about loosening all the fittings sufficiently to allow movement of the
aileron up and down to realign the hinge and relieve the bind. Then retighten.
Might be you have enough play in the holes to compensate for the 1/32 inch
warpage in the spar.
